Now for all the boring stuff !
We do not store credit card/debit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. The only information we collect is your name, address and e-mail for the sole purpose of postage or if we need to contact you regarding your order. We use Paypal and recommend you keep any passwords safe.
By entering this site you acknowledge that all copyright, Trade Marks, images and designs and other intellectual property rights relating to Copper & Salt Co, and Copper & Salt products are owned by us.
Our site may contain links to and from other sites. If you use a link to any of these websites please note that they have their own privacy policies for which we can take no responsibility. We have made every effort to ensure that the information on the website is accurate however sometimes mistakes will occur. We will try to rectify any errors as soon as possible. Please note that the colour of objects can only be seen as a guidline and not a true representation. Many computer monitors and screens will vary. Prices are as stated on the website but are unfortunately subject to change from time to time without notice. In the event of a price change before you have received an acceptance of your order, you will be given the option of confirming or cancelling your order. We will endeavour to ensure that the web page does not have any problems and that goods displayed are available. However as they are often limited editions or colour runs we cannot always guarantee the availability of any of our products. If your ordered items are out of stock we will notify you as soon as we can and offer replacement items or full refund of monies paid.
We use PayPal which keeps thing safe and straight forward. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account to use this method of payment. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) If you wish to discuss a postal payment or bank transfer then use the "Contact Us" form or give us a ring. Any overseas deliveries may be subject to taxes. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchases, but for any reason you are not please let us know as soon as possible.
Faulty goods : in the unlikely event of this, please contact us
straight away and we will make arrangements to have the goods returned.
Depending on the fault we will either replace, repair, refund or offer a
credit note. You decide. If the goods are proven to be faulty we will
also refund the postage.
Non faulty goods: you must let us know within 7 working days that you
wish to return them. Please return to us with the invoice and original
packaging/labels intact within 14 days. You will be responsible for the
return postage. We will refund monies by the means in which they were
are used by Google Analytics to anonymously count visits to the site and
tell us patterns in how the user moves around the site, again enabling
us to make the site better.

services (e.g. Facebook, Twitter ) are set by the embedded content. We
don't control these cookies so for more information we advise you to
